Gil, originally from Mexico City, has been teaching and performing internationally with his dance partner Anke for over 5 years (see www.gilyanke.com). Based in Austria, they are known for their well-structured, creative turn patterns that they teach with joy, dedication and enthusiasm. Gil and Anke regularly compete successfully at international level, recently winning the Bronze Medal in the Salsa World Championships in Athens in 2008.
