Norman aka DJ Sizzla founder of LatynVybz has developed a strong
following in the UK over the last few years. The combination of being
an instructor, experienced dancer and an avid music fan gives his sets
a fresh approach.
Influenced by various music
genre during his youth(not so long ago) Jazz, R&B, Funk, Latin;
this led to his current love, salsa, mambo, New York, Puerto Rican
grooves. An experienced on 1 and on 2 dancer he knows exactly what
dancers of all abilities want to hear.
Sizzla is
well known for his hardcore style and the ability to keep the crowd
jumpin.. That said he’s able to read a crowd and play accordingly and
show his softer side!!!!!. His preferred music is Mambo, Puerto Rican,
Old school New York, Latin Jazz and a little bit of strong Cuban Sizzla
is currently in demand and has been selected to play at all the UKs
major salsa events; Britsalsafest, British and UK international
Congress. Sizzla has played at many European congresses, festivals and
events in Germany, France, Ireland, Poland, Holland, Spain, Romanian.
Selected to play at the Brussels international Salsa Congress this year
and now appearing at the Lithuanian Salsa Festival in Vilnius to “give
the dancers that something a little different”.
Sizzla is also a Salsa Instructor and resident DJ at the Wharf 10 café bar which
is the Midlands longest established salsa venue
